The Robotic Pulsed Light Sterilizer (RPLS1) from Steriline uses pulsed light technology for ready-to-use nest sterilization and can sterilize tubs of syringes, vials, and cartridges. The RPLS1 has a processing capacity of up to 120 tubs per hour. The machine is automatically sterilized by vapor of hydrogen peroxide before the start of production. The RPLS1 can be connected to any ready-to-use nest filling machine and is able to connect to machines that are enclosed in isolators.
