The Quattrow QF4400HT quaternary four-piston diaphragm pump from PSG, a Dover company, is suitable for a variety of biopharmaceutical applications.
The Quattrow QF4400HT quaternary four-piston diaphragm pump from PSG, a Dover company, is suitable for a variety of biopharmaceutical applications. In addition to a high turndown ratio and accuracy in controlling flow rates, the device has an integrated controller containing the pump chamber, pump drive, motor, and control box, which is suitable for processes that require a smaller pump offering a flow range of 50-5000 lph (13-1,321 gph).
Compatible with the brand’s PID controller, the design also includes “plug-and-play” installation and startup, a keypad for manual control and display of the motor speed, and a three-phase 400V power supply. The pumps are available in single- and multiple-use variations with clean-in-place and steam-in-place capabilities for the stainless-steel pump chambers. Analog input (4-20mA) is standard.
