The Thomas Flex 1000 from Thomas Engineering is a high-capacity batch tablet coater with exchangeable drums. The coater has a flexible capacity range of 175–1200 L. Acclea-Cota fully perforated drum technology allows low-temperature coating and turbulence-free air at high flow rates. The Thomas Spray Bar has external gun positioning and independent control of pattern and atomizing air. The coater uses the Thomas Compu-Coat recipe-driven control system.
