UPM to Manufacture Products For Amerigen Pharmaceuticals

UPM, a division of Gregory Pharmaceutical Holdings, has reached an agreement with Amerigen Pharmaceuticals, to commercially manufacture two ANDA products for a 10-year supply term. In addition, the agreement allows for UPM to develop and potentially commercially supply several additional ANDA products for Amerigen over the next few years. UPM acquired a 475,000 ft2 Pfizer manufacturing facility in Bristol, Tennessee in July of 2013, that will supply these products.
