Tool Management System

The IH-TMS Tool Management System from I Holland monitors tool rotations, tooling inventory, and maintenance. The stand-alone system allows tablet manufacturers to keep a record of tablet quantities by number of tablets, work order, or batch information. The system incorporates a guide to tooling specification and troubleshooting. In addition, the system has the capability to archive tablet and tool images and drawings and incorporates an alarm to alert users of any problems including over compression, tooling replacements, and when maintenance is required.
