CSafe Acquires Kallibox

On August 31, 2016, CSafe announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kalibox, a manufacturer of temperature-controlled packaging including insulated shippers, pallet shippers, and refrigerants. Kallibox currently has two manufacturing locations in France. The acquisition of Kallibox continues CSafe's global expansion plans adding more than 5000 square meters of manufacturing in two European locations to its current six North American locations totaling more than 20,000 square meters. These are CSafe’s first owned facilities in Europe.
